Coramax has won 3 prestigious SHEDA awards for their development projects over the past 5 years in 2009, 2013 & 2014. All of the companies’ development would carry the brand name “Coramax Property”.

Coramax is a company that focuses on commercial and mixed integrated property development. Among the development projects done by Coramax are Phase 1 of the “Vista Avenue” at Tabuan Jaya in 2007, the highly rated “Precinct 88” along Jalan Song in 2009, then went on to develop “Bukit Lima Commercial Centre” in Sibu, which consists of 51 units of 3 storey commercial shophouses.

In 2012, Coramax launched its high profile integrated project “Vivacity” at Jalan Wan Alwi, Kuching. Phase 1 of Vivacitywill house the largest shopping mall in Sarawak “Vivacity Megamall” with a Gross Floor Area of 1,300,000 s.f. and on top of the mall stands “The Jazz Suites” which comprises 672 units of high end condominium housed in 4 blocks. Vivacity Megamall is slated to open for business in Q3, 2015 and Jazz Suites are expected to be delivered to purchasers in 2016.



Central Prosperity built the highly successful “SOHO 188” at Lorong 5,Jalan Wan Alwi, which comprises 53Sohosand 3 large commercial buildings. Anchor tenant for the project is “Choice World” and it has grown into a very popular place for food and drinks in the neighbourhood.

SOHO has won the SHEDA Excellence Awards for the Special Innovation Award in 2013.



Silverdrum Corporation built high end residential houses and condominiums.

Silverdrum Corporation developed the prestigious high end gated and guarded community project “The Imperiale Residence” which comprise 82 units of linked bungalows.

Silverdrum Corporation developed the concept of linked bungalow, built on a low density on 5 per acre and provided 25m access road with architect designed landscape garden and the residents are now the envy of many who visit the estate.

The Imperiale Residence won the prestigious SHEDA Excellence Award for High End Residential Homes in 2009 and is thusfarthe flagship project for Coramax.

The Project was completed and delivered to purchasers in 2010.

“TriBeCa Condominiums and Suites” which was completed by Silverdrum Corporation in 2013 also won the coveted SHEDA Excellence Awards 2014 for the Commendation for Medium Rise Residential award. The project has a low density of 4 per floor tastefully laid out and nestled on a piece of hilly land off JalanUrat Mata in Tabuan Jaya. It is beautifully landscaped and residents get to enjoy myriad of facilities provided at the Club House.

The Project consists of 104 units of condominium housed in 4 blocks of 7 to 8 storey buildings. The Project has been successfully completed and delivered to Purchasers in 2013.
